Every person and every thing (plants, animals, bodies of water, and stones) on our precious planet is connected. Most of the time however, most of us feel isolated and alone. Why? We wonder how we can experience a deep sense of connection in our lives.
Deborah and Neshi: We believe the most powerful path is to connect directly with our heart beat as we feel the heartbeat of the earth. We find our heart beat, Rhythm – in the beat of a drum, in dance, in using our voice to vibrate energy through our body, in following the natural patterns of life in the Sacred Circle.
Each one of these (drumming, dance, sound) on its own is powerful. Brought together in this retreat they create something out of the ordinary – a remarkable opportunity to feel deeply connected and whole.
We each create our own powerful energy shift that can be used for personal healing, as an instrument for peace, to prepare you to do space clearing and to go on inner journeys.
We invite you to join us for this very special healing retreat.

What is the Sacred Wheel?
- The Sacred Wheel is a symbol that is found in many cultures all over the world.
- It goes by many different names: Medicine Wheel, Sacred Circle, Sacred Hoop, Four Elements, Four Directions.
- The simplest way to define a Medicine Wheel is to think of it as a circle with the compass directions of East, South, West and North marked.
- The compass directions correspond to the natural elements of air, fire, water and earth.
- They also correspond to the body, mind, spirit and emotions.
Layer upon layer, the Sacred Wheel is a template or energetic map with the spiritual meaning of the compass directions; the cycle of seasons; the natural elements of air, fire, water and earth; the layers of human maturation from birth to death, the physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual realms. Native Americans use the term medicine to signify the spiritual meaning of these layers.
The center of the wheel is where the Creator is located, where you can stand or sit with the Creator inside the Sacred Wheel. The Sacred Wheel is a tangible tool to help a person to understand how the intangible aspects of life and nature affect them. The wheel can help you to understand how you fit into your community. This is about a lifestyle as well as a cultural belief system.
Why Drum and Dance?
Drum and Dance are two poweful tools Neshi and Deborah have been called to work with, to interpret and experience life in the Sacred Circle.
The rhythmic beat of a drum is like the heartbeat of our Mother, the Earth, and our Soul all wrapped up into one. Working with the dance of physical movement, breath and sound, you enter into the world of energy where the body is the transmitter to move energy in and out of the sacred in your everyday life.
Connected to the natural rhythm of the earth, using the vibrations of sound and movement, your body can be an instrument for peace, to do space clearing work, for inner healing, ritual, and inward journeys.
Your workshop presenters are Neshi Lokotz and Deborah Redfern, who met 7 years ago in the Master Teacher of Interior Alignment® training in 2004 and Master Educator of Interior Alignment® in 2009.
