Trainer: Deborah Redfern

Deborah3Deborah has been working in some aspects of training and coaching since her University days, when it was called Counselling.  Her start came from being a volunteer to gain work experience while attending university. Deborah soon discovered a natural affinity and a passion for providing information to people to help them make informed decisions. After graduation she worked as a Counsellor in Women’s Shelters, YM/YWCA programs, and Status of Women outreach programs.

In 2001 she became certified an Interior Alignment™ Practitioner, which combines the arts of Feng Shui, Space Clearing with Healthy Homes. She became a Master Teacher in 2004. In 2006 she reached the highest level of training as a Master Educator of Interior Alignment™, and is certified to teach at the Practitioner, Advanced and Teacher level. 

As a private practitioner and teacher, Deborah found that many of the business models being taught were not a good fit for her philosophies and she began to adapt and create her own soulful marketing package. This ongoing research has developed into a mentoring and coaching program and is an active component of Deborah’s courses. It is available for the first time to the general public in her marketing program “Soulful Marketing”.
